I’m hosting two 60-minute live sessions most weeks during my Act 1 launch sprint (through Thursday, November 19th):
Tuesdays: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM PT / 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET
Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM PT / 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM ET

⏱️ How Each 60-Minute Session Works
00:00 – 00:05 | Warm-Up & Intentions: We hop on video, say a quick yoo-hoo, and share our single main focus goal for the hour.
00:05 – 00:55 | Pure Deep Work (50 Mins): Mics muted, cameras optional/encouraged. Focus time!
00:55 – 01:00 | Debrief & Wins: Quick check-in to celebrate what actually got pushed across the finish line!
📋The (very short) rules
Cameras on (optional), mics off (required during work time). Feel free to move around.
Show up late, leave early. Totally fine. You might just miss the talking parts.
Come even if you just have emails to clear. Let’s get stuff done together!
